There are multiple ways to receive funds from your transaction. Earlier in the process, you received a communication outlining your funding options and how to make the right selection for you.
Once your transaction has successfully closed and all other requirements have been met, your funds will be sent (or disbursed) according to your preferred method. If you requested a paper check to be mailed to you, you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipping status.
Please note: Some financial institutions require a processing period for any funds deposited by check. We recommend checking with your financial institution to confirm when deposited funds will be available for use.
If you will be receiving checks to pay off creditors as part of your loan, they will be mailed to the property you financed in this transaction for you to forward directly to your creditors. In the event of an overage, the creditor will refund you the difference. If your creditor has been paid in full, please provide us with a statement indicating the account number and zero balance so that we can reissue the funds to you.
