What Can I Expect After My Title Review Is Complete?

After the title review has been completed and title is clear, is it time to schedule your closing!

To prepare for your closing, Rocket Close will coordinate with your mortgage team, provide all the documents and assign a signing agent or attorney (depending on which state you are in) to perform your closing at a time, date and location that works for you based on the arrangements you make with your mortgage team.

At the closing, you will be signing the necessary documents to finalize your loan and close your transaction. These documents will be notarized by your signing agent or attorney.

If you will be providing payment or receiving funds from your transaction, your mortgage team will coordinate funds transfer options with you.
