Preliminary ALTA Settlement Statement

The Preliminary ALTA Settlement Statement is an estimation of your final closing costs, based on information that Rocket Close has received so far. Some figures are only preliminary because Rocket Close is working to obtain final statements and fees from third parties. An example is the seller’s payoff statement, which is based on the original amount borrowed and may not reflect all payments the seller has made. Once final statements have been received, the figure will be adjusted to provide an accurate amount.
