Delaware Attorney Disclosure

Your lender has retained the services of the law firm of Smolar Andriko Law Group to perform the title search of your property and provide an attorney opinion on that title as required by Delaware state law. During your closing, Smolar Andriko Law Group will also represent both you and your lender to ensure compliance.
