North Carolina Attorney Disclosure, Brady & Kosofsky

Your lender has retained the services of the law firm of Brady & Kosofsky, PA to perform the title search of your property and provide an attorney opinion on that title as required by North Carolina state law. During your closing, Brady & Kosofsky will also represent both you and your lender to ensure compliance. As stated in the letter, you have the option to select your own closing attorney if you do not wish to use the services of Brady & Kosofsky.
