North Carolina Attorney Disclosure

Your lender has retained the services of the law firm of Holler Law Firm, LLC to perform the title search of your property and provide an attorney opinion on that title as required by North Carolina state law. During your closing, Holler Law Firm will also represent both you and your lender to ensure compliance. You can find a full disclosure letter from Holler Law Firm outlining their role in your transaction below.

As stated in the letter, you have the option to select your own closing attorney if you do not wish to use the services of Holler Law Firm. If you choose to do so, please contact them at (203) 301-4333 as requested in the letter below. Otherwise, no action is required from you.
