What Can I Expect After My Title Review Is Complete?

There are a three essential components before title is considered complete and ready for the closing to be scheduled.

1. Rocket Close ensures there are no defects or liens on the property by competing a title review.
2. The lender is ready after reviewing all documents and determining the property is clear to close.
3. Rocket Close receives all escrow-related closing requirements, including municipality inspections, HOA status letters, surveys and payoffs, if applicable.

Once the closing is ready to be scheduled, Rocket Close will coordinate with both the buyer and seller (or their respective real estate agents) to check that all required documents will be in place for the signing agent or attorney at closing. Rocket Close will then set the closing at a time, date and location that is agreed upon by all parties involved.
