If you are a resident of Florida or New Jersey, you may be entitled to certain rights regarding the disclosure of your personal information.

Florida

Under Florida state statute 119.071(4) (d), if you are in one of certain occupational groups (active or retired judicial officers, prosecutors, members of the military, law enforcement officers, firefighters or other governmental personnel), you may have the option to request the removal of your personal information from documents of public record.

New Jersey

Under New Jersey Bill No. 1649 (also known as “Daniel’s Law”), you may have the option to prohibit the disclosure of certain personal information belonging to you and your family members if you are an active, formerly active or retired judicial officer, prosecutor or law enforcement officer.
