North Carolina Attorney Disclosure

Your lender has retained the services of the law firm of McDonnell and Associates, PA to perform the title search of your property and provide an attorney opinion on that title as required by North Carolina state law. During your closing, McDonnell and Associates will also represent both you and your lender to ensure compliance. You can find a full disclosure letter from McDonnell and Associates outlining their role in your transaction below.

As stated in the letter, you have the option to select your own closing attorney if you do not wish to use the services of McDonnell and Associates. If you choose to do so, please contact them at (866) 931-8793 as requested in the letter below. Otherwise, no action is required from you.
